Massage to Feel Your Best

In business since 1998

When you feel your best, you can enjoy life to its fullest! Your stress
will decrease and your energy will increase. Massage also improves
blood flow to all organs, helping them to function better. Increased blood flow and muscles helps rebuild and strengthen them so they work more efficiently. Massage also stimulates the release of brain chemicals that lift your mood and stimulate your immune system.  EMT is

What to Expect

Expect to feel better than you've felt in a long while. We're here to
guide you along in your experience as well as show you how to take
the massage experience home with you. When you enter a treatment room, your therapist will step outside allowing you to undress and relax on the massage table. During treatment you will be draped at all times to protect your privacy.

Massage Session

During your session, please feel comfortable to express your emotions
in any way that comes naturally or ask any questions that you might have. Massage and bodywork is very effective connecting the body and mind. During the process of relaxing emotions from the body it is natural to laugh, cry sing, sleep, have quiet meditation, to sweat, tingle, or to feel the need to talk. At any time during the massage, if you begin to feel uncomfortable in any way please tell the therapist right away. This includes lighting, music, warmth, pressure, conversation, different oils or lotions, etc. Everything is confidential, please feel at ease.

After Therapeutic Massage

It is very important to drink plenty of water in order for the body
to efficiently flush all of the toxins released during massage. After a session most people feel very relaxed. Many experience freedom from aches and pains that have built up over months of tension or repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience an increase in energy and clarity of mind.
